The Machine Learning for Humans (MLH) Reading Group is a research group within the Archimedes Unit of the Athena Research Center and the Department of Informatics at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

Our research focuses on developing and applying machine learning (ML), computer vision (CV) and natural language processing (NLP) methods to address challenges in the humanities, cultural heritage and related interdisciplinary domains. Our work ranges from the recognition and analysis of ancient manuscripts and historical texts to biomedical image analysis and other data-intensive applications.

When: Every Thursday, 09:30–11:30 (Athens time).
Where: At Archimedes and online.
