The Archimedes Unit of the Athena Research Center, Greece is pleased to announce a new series of experiential workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language, focusing on their contribution to and interaction with linguistic sciences.

Today, the continuous progress in the field of AI reveals language as a privileged field of economic activities and has a decisive impact on science. For this reason, we consider it essential for students and teaching staff of Humanities & Social Sciences Departments to become familiar with modern technological developments.

Archimedes Talk by Marios Papachristou on "Contagion in Large-Scale Networks: Frameworks for Resource Allocation and Model-Agnostic Simulation"

On Wednesday 9 April, 2025, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm, at the Archimedes Amphitheatre (1 Artemidos Street, 15125, Marousi, Archimedes, Athena Research Center, Greece), Mr. Marios Papachristou, final-year PhD candidate in Computer Science from Cornell University, USA, will deliver an Archimedes talk on "Contagion in Large-Scale Networks: Frameworks for Resource Allocation and Model-Agnostic Simulation."
