Our Vision & Mission

The Greeks in AI Symposium is an annual gathering that brings together Greek AI scientists and practitioners from around the world to connect, collaborate, and inspire.

 

Our Mission

  • Foster a strong AI community by facilitating networking, mentorship, and knowledge exchange among researchers and industry professionals.
  • Showcase groundbreaking AI research from Greece and Greek scientists, especially highlighting the work of young researchers, to a global and influential audience.
  • Bridge academia and industry by creating opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and career growth within Greece's AI ecosystem.
  • Tackle brain drain by encouraging talent retention through meaningful professional development, industry engagement, and stronger local opportunities.

    Through this symposium, we aim to position Greece as a hub for AI excellence and strengthen its role in the global AI landscape.

Venue

The symposium will take place at Serafeio City of Athens, a community center of the Municipality of Athens. It is located close to the city center on Echelidon 19 & Piraeus 144, near Kerameikos metro station, where major touristic and cultural sites are within walking distance and the vibrant Technopolis cultural hub is nearby.
